Return Policy

1.OUR RETURNS POLICY

You get 14 working days to return items which are returnable according our Return policy. This 14 days start from the day you receive your Dispatch Confirmation e-mail from us. The shipping cost for returning items should be paid by the customers unless you received wrong item or faulty goods. There are two exceptions in our return policy:

-For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelries are non-returnable

-Tailored products which have been exclusively designed based on your demands are not returnable unless you received wrong item or faulty goods. 

2.FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us in a reasonable time after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing to our Customer Service: customerservice@shik.uk  and a member of our team will look into it. Please wait for our response to your email, we would help you to go for next steps.

Please remember to send us a copy of the post receipt in the package of the product and email us the tracking number to: customerservice@shik.uk. We would return the shipping cost for faulty and wrong goods (after we convinced that the fault has been initially occurred during the construction or shipping process)  plus the full price of the item (s). If you want to return the product(s) for any other reason, shipping cost should be paid by the customers.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault. In such case we may not be able to provide a refund.

3.CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

You get 12 hours to cancel your contract. This 12 hours starts from the time of completing your order and receiving the confirmation email and before we dispatch the products to the post office and send you the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. If you want to cancel your order now, please email us:customerservice@shik.uk.

4.HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Just follow our hassle-free, 3-step process. When you  received a response from one of the members of our team according to your returning request, please first re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. And then, return your package via the Post Office (find our address here). Remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep the original receipt safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return and send us a copy of the post receipt in the package of the product and email us the tracking number to: customerservice@shik.uk

5.HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

For faulty and wrong goods it’s absolutely free! We would return you the shipping cost. For undesirable products or any other reason, the shipping cost would be paid by the customers.

6.HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

In the case of returning a product (s), we will refund you within 15 working days of the day that we receive the products. Faulty and wrong products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.in the case of canceling a purchase, we will refund you 2-3 working days after we received your cancelation email .

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

7.CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

8.IMPORT DUTIES , TAXES:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are charged once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the buyer’s or recipients’ responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for buyers who are unable to pay these outstanding custom fees.
